Personnel Transaction Form (PTF)

 
 

The PTF allows updates to pay, position, home store, LOA, OPA and termination status to be effectively communicated to the departments that must update this information when it takes place. PTF’s are to be completed by the RGM or ARL responsible for the employee information within 72 hours of the action taking place. Timely submission of accurate PTFs is critical to maintaining accurate data across all of ES-O-EN’s restaurant and employee systems and maintaining trust, confidence and loyalty with ES-O-EN employees at every level.
